Google was invented by two college students (Larry Page and Sergey Brin) as a part of their university project in 1996, And they developed it step by step. The revolution of Google has happened after WTC (World Trade Center) attack in 2001. Back in the time, the main obstacle faced by Google is Crawling.

But the high ranked websites used it as a business, They sold their links to others for money. So google changed their algorithm to quality link specific.

Google introduced page ranking system, It is a way of measuring quality/best websites or web pages. Page ranking works by calculating the number and quality of links to a page to determine a craggy estimate how important  the website is. 10 is the highest page rank, Twitter.com and US govt's official website got 10 out of 10 page rank. This is also misused by users, Meantime google introduced  passing the juice
